1.77 carat Sapphire & Diamond Ring

Perfect Padparadscha! This beautiful oval Padparadscha sapphire weighs 1.77 carats. Padparadscha sapphires are incredibly rare. Blue sapphires get their colour from the addition of titanium and iron to the mineral corundum, whereas padparadscha sapphires are corundum with trace elements of chromium and iron added. This particular sapphire comes with a GIA certificate which says there is no heat treatment present. The brilliant-cut diamonds total 0.28 carats (F/G colour, VS clarity), and the ring is handcrafted in platinum. Finger sizes are available on request - most rings can be sized to your desired fit (depending on the style).
