Delivery & Packaging
UK – All items are dispatched using Royal Mail tracked next working day Special Delivery Service (1pm)
Europe, Ireland, Channel Islands, Gibraltar (3-5 working days); USA; Canada; Australia; New Zealand (5-7 working days): All items are despatched using Royal Mail International tracked and signed Service.
We regret we are unable to ship items to countries that are not listed above.
Customs: Orders from outside of the UK may be subject to customs processing which may add additional time, charges or taxes. Please note that you as the recipient are fully responsible for any such charges or payments.
Packaging:
Purchases are carefully packaged and then dispatched in plain Special Delivery envelopes – no company logos or description of contents are on the outside of the envelope, just in case you’re purchasing jewellery for a surprise gift and require discretion.
Dispatch:
UK – Purchases made before midday Monday to Friday are dispatched by the next working day. We are unable to dispatch items on Saturday or Sunday, so purchases made after 12pm on Friday or over the weekend will usually be dispatched the following Monday (or Tuesday if the Monday is a Bank Holiday).
International – Purchases made before midday (12pm) UK time Monday to Friday are dispatched the following working day.
Working days are Monday to Friday 9.30am–5.00pm excluding UK Bank Holidays.
Dispatch Verification:
Our payment platform may require extra verification on your order prior to dispatch. If this is the case, we will contact you for extra verification details. As a supplier of fine quality, high value jewellery, we take our responsibilities for fraud protection very seriously. Any order that requires verification will be packaged, but not dispatched, until full verification has taken place.
Delivery:
All Special Delivery items will require a signature on delivery. If you are not going to be home on a particular day, please email us with your order details, so we can delay dispatch in line with your requirements.
Delay and Disruption:
We take every reasonable effort to dispatch items by the next working day. Unfortunately, from time-to-time, certain factors beyond our control may delay dispatch (lockdowns, extreme weather events, power supply disruption, etc.). Royal Mail may also experience delays that are beyond their control. On request, we can provide you with a tracking number for your item once it is dispatched so you can follow its progress via Royal Mail, and we will advise you of any delays to dispatch and delivery as soon as we become aware of them.
