For your peace of mind, we are members of the London Diamond Bourse and the UK’s National Association of Jewellers. All our jewellery is guaranteed to be as described in this website and as detailed on invoices. If an independent gemstone certificate is not already included, we can supply a London based laboratory certificate for a small additional fee. Please be careful of buying gemstones and jewellery on-line that has not been manufactured and checked against UK standards.
We also provide our own free valuation for insurance purposes, setting out exact details of the item and retail replacement cost(s), with every piece of jewellery purchased.

Does our jewellery come with a guarantee?
A 12 month repair guarantee on all new items of jewellery is provided, with the exception of when an item has been worn heavily and damaged due to lack of care. For example - if a bracelet gets caught on a door handle and the clasp snaps, or if a ring is worn daily by someone who works with their hands or falls heavily and then get dented or broken. All items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days, if they are not as described in the listing. See our Refund Policy for more information.
Bespoke pieces are made just for you and cannot be returned. We will work with you prior to order to ensure the item meets your requirements.
Do you do repairs to jewellery you haven’t manufactured?
Please contact us with details and photos for a quote (18ct gold and platinum jewellery only).
I want to buy a ring for someone - but I don’t know their size.
The best way is to get their finger sized at a professional jewellery store, but if you’re not able to do this you can order a ring sizer online which should give an accurate measurement of a UK ring size.
If you have a ring that fits the person you are buying for, you can use this to measure the inside diameter across the middle, then use Google to convert this to a UK ring size.
Please don’t use a tape measure or piece of string to measure a finger - both are soft, flexible and the string is stretchy, you will not get an accurate measurement. Platinum and gold are rigid and will fit entirely differently to something as flexible as a tape measure or string!
Where is our jewellery made?
All bespoke jewellery is made and finished in our London workshops. Other new items are finished and hallmarked in the UK. Vintage and pre-loved items may have been made in the UK or abroad – please contact us for further information.
Can you melt down old pieces of jewellery and make them into something new?
If you have items of jewellery for scrapping it is advisable to contact a specialist company for this.
Do you make bespoke rings and special commissions?
Of course! Just get in touch to discuss your requirements with a member of our family team.
